Job Description: Customer Service ExecutivePosition Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Customer Service Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer interactions, collecting gadgets from customers (both in-office and on-field), updating job details in our application, and supporting basic sales and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:Collect and receive gadgets from customers at the office and during field visits. Record customer and device details accurately in the company’s application. Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and requirements. Provide excellent customer support and maintain a positive customer experience. Assist in basic sales activities such as promoting services and explaining offerings. Support marketing tasks including sharing updates, collecting feedback, and representing the brand professionally. Coordinate with the technical team for smooth job processing and timely delivery. Maintain proper documentation of inbound devices and customer interactions. Requirements:Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of mobile phones and gadgets (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work on-field when required. Basic computer and mobile app usage skills. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
