Customer Support Executive (Sales)

You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by reviewing support tickets and ensuring appropriate resolutions. Providing customer support through phone and chat channels will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with other departments to address customer issues promptly is essential. As a point of contact for customer support and complaints, you will proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring customer support issues. It is important to maintain thorough documentation and records of customer interactions, including relevant files for each interaction. Utilizing customer feedback and suggestions to enhance services, as well as reviewing customer satisfaction reports, will be part of your duties. Your contribution to the development of future customer support processes is valuable. Effective communication with peers, managers, and customers is essential, including outbound phone calls when necessary. Verifying the accuracy and consistency of customer requests is also a key aspect of the role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a schedule that includes Monday to Friday night shifts during the US shift hours. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales.
