Job Description – Customer Support Executive Position: Customer Support Executive Department: Support / Operations Location: [Insert Location / Work from Office/Remote] Experience Required: 2–5 Years (in Customer Support / Tele calling / EdTech preferred) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling student queries, providing course-related information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for our enrolled students. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails related to student queries. Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and technical support. Maintain student records in CRM and update status regularly. Assist students during live webinars/training sessions for smooth participation. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department for timely resolution. Build positive relationships with students to enhance their overall experience. Follow up with students to ensure satisfaction and retention. Key Skills Required Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English). Strong listening and problem-solving ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email handling). Patience and empathy in handling customer/student issues. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Qualifications Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA/B.Com/B.A.). Prior experience in customer support, tele calling, or education industry is an advantage.
