Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to join our growing remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is open to freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about helping people.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via email, chat, or calls.Provide timely, accurate, and friendly responses.Document and escalate issues when necessary.Work with the support team to improve customer satisfaction.Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements

Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).Good communication skills (written and spoken English).Basic computer skills and comfort with online tools.Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop.

Nice-to-Have

Prior experience in customer service, or tech support.Knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.
