Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Customer Support Executives based in Mumbai, India, to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing services and web solutions, including expertise in hosting, server management, and domain name administration. Proficiency in Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, and English is essential, as we serve clients globally. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. Resolve client inquiries, technical issues, and service-related concerns promptly and effectively. Assist clients in setting up and managing web hosting, servers, and domain names. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution. Offer technical guidance and insights to clients to maximize the value of our services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing services and web solutions. Strong expertise in web hosting, server management, and domain name administration. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, and English. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Problem-solving skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate global clients' needs.
