✅ E- commerce handle karna.
✅Social media platform jese Instagram, facebook operate karna
✅ Online sales activity handle karna aur customers ko product purchase ke liye convince karna.
✅ Online channels se aayi hui customer inquiry ka turant jawab dena.✅ Diye gaye data par customer ko call karna.✅ Walk-in customers ko product dikhana aur unka proper guidance karna.✅ Customer ko regular follow-up call karna aur unke saath strong follow-up banaye rakhna.✅ Daily aur weekly lead report prepare karna aur management ke sath share karna.✅ Sales team aur doosre team member’s ke sath coordination karna.
