Stocktaker

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stocktaker to manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. The Stocktaker will be solely responsible for tracking stock movements and ensuring that no material leaves the premises without proper approval and entry. Key Responsibilities: Maintain complete and up-to-date records of all stock items. Ensure no material goes out without prior approval and proper documentation. Make detailed entries for every item issued, including: What material was given To whom it was given When it was issued Verify all stock movements and perform regular physical stock checks. Coordinate with departments to ensure proper documentation and accountability. Prevent stock misuse, loss, or unauthorized movement. Report any discrepancies or irregularities to the concerned authority immediately. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store area.
