Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and vendor queries via 

    calls, WhatsApp, and chat

    .
  • Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain service records, update CRM, and ensure timely responses.
  • Help build customer trust with empathy, accuracy, and clear communication.
💡 

Requirements

  • Excellent 

    Hindi and English

     communication skills.
  • Confident in using WhatsApp Web, Excel, and basic computer tools.
  • Previous experience in 

    customer support / food delivery / e-commerce

     preferred.
  • Must be proactive, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
