Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day tasks including providing phone and email support, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The role involves direct interaction with customers to resolve issues and provide helpful information about our services and offerings.
Qualifications:
Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Customer Satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
Experience in E-learning or educational services is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Salary :- Rs. 10,000 to 12,000 + Incentive
