- Role : Customer Support Executive (Email, Chat, Calls if required)
- Location : Whitefield, Bangalore
- Salary : Based upon knowledge
- Shift Timing : 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Transport : Drop facility available post shift (No Pick Up)
- Contract Tenure : Initial 3 Months (Extendable or convertible to full-time based on performance)
- Handle customer queries through email and chat; phone calls if required.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customers.
- Document, escalate, and resolve issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the support team.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (regional language is a plus).
- Willing to accept a 3-month contractual position; performance may lead to extension/full-time role.
- Flexible to handle different support channels and work in evening shifts.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and team spirit.
