Position: Customer Support Executive Company: QubeKonnect Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 0–2 years Shift: Rotational (including weekends & night shifts) Languages: English & Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus) Laptop and internet connection are required compulsory. About the Role: As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our customers through both voice and chat channels. Your role is key in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for every customer you interact with. Key Responsibilities: Voice Support: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally. Assist customers with account-related queries and general support. Build rapport and ensure effective communication with each caller. Chat Support: Respond to customer messages promptly and clearly. Resolve basic technical issues and guide users through services. Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Other Duties: Log all interactions into the system accurately. Escalate complex issues to the relevant department. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Good communication skills – spoken and written. Fast typing skills and ability to multitask. Prior BPO/Customer Support experience is a plus.
