Customer Service / Success Executive

Handling
learner queries
via
WhatsApp, phone calls, and chat
.
Assisting students with
login issues, course access, or progress-related guidance
.
Maintaining regular communication to ensure learners are satisfied and supported throughout their journey.
Performing basic
backend and portal updates
, and handling
stationery or documentation tasks
when required.
Providing polite, professional, and efficient communication at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Were looking for someone who:

Has
strong communication skills
in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
Is
patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
when dealing with customers.
Has a
basic understanding of computers, WhatsApp Web, and Excel/Google Sheets
.
Can
manage multiple learners
and ensure their satisfaction with timely responses.
Is
self-motivated
, organized, and has a positive attitude toward helping others.
Prior experience in
customer service, telecalling, or EdTech
will be an added advantage.
