Pinky Promise Private Limited is a platform that aims to provide affordable, instant, and reliable sexual and reproductive healthcare to every Indian woman. Using AI/ML technology and the world's best medical protocols, Pinky Promise eliminates variabilities in outcomes due to manual data processing, bias, or variable physician quality. Pinky Promise has served over 250K women, many of whom have never visited a Gynaecologist before.


About the Role:

Pinky Promise is looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our customer service team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, providing timely solutions, and supporting the team in enhancing customer experience. This remote opportunity will offer you valuable insights into customer service operations and help you develop essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and client relations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage patient consultations effectively.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with patients to support treatment adherence and recovery.
  • Bridge communication between doctors and patients for efficient care delivery, ensuring smooth communication and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Doctors to ensure continuity of care.


Shift Timing (Remote):

Monday to Friday – 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST

Alternate Saturdays – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST

Sundays off


Requirements:

  • Ability to relate to women's health and patient's issues.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in customer service and problem-solving with at least 1 year experience in customer service/support work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and patient with patients.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools or platforms (e.g., WATI, Exotel) is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to use and possession of laptops with working internet.
