Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field. Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken). Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
