Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 6+ Months experienced Customer Support Executive (English) to join our team.

Experience : 6 Months to 2 years of experience.

Work Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai (Near to Thirumangalam Metro)

Working Days: 5 Days (1st & 3rd Saturday is fixed off & All Sunday fixed off)

Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across calls, emails, and chats while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and polite manner.

* Provide accurate information and solutions to customers within defined timelines.

* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

* Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved to satisfaction.

* Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

* Continuously learn about services, and processes to support customers effectively.

Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to stay calm and patient while handling difficult situations.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Prior experience in customer Support Experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
