Job Description

Customer Support: Responsibilities and Duties: End to End ownership: Owning the complete sales process: Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close, and Retain for cross-sell, and upsell by making calls to customers. Lead Generation-Qualify and close opportunities by managing the lead queues and Identifying new sales opportunities by calling, researching the past sales records and customers. Research market/ prospect leads/customers/ accounts/ contacts within the context to have a targeted business development conversation (customer-centric messaging) using appropriate product knowledge/ technical information and understanding of customer needs. Build competitive intelligence to support business – gathering, analyzing, and summarizing competitor information and market trends to build new sales opportunities. On-time qualification of leads in the lead queue and real-time reporting of the closures and maintaining the highest level of data hygiene of customers/ opportunities/ competition. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Hiring for PAN India - Candidates can work in their Own city
