Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive located in Solapur. Some work from home is acceptable. The Customer Support Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction, provide excellent customer service, address customer queries and concerns, handle online support requests, and offer technical support when needed. The role requires fast problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering a quality customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
Experience in achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction and managing Online Support channels
Competence in providing Technical Support and resolving customer issues efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in both an in-office and remote setting as part of a hybrid work model
Problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach
Must be fluent in English and Hindi Language, local language is a plus
