Role Category:

Responsibilities

Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Responds to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders.
Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various available product options.
Document customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system.
Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organisation to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to empathise with and prioritise customer needs.
Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications and skills

Experienced with having a bachelor's degree in any field
Min 1-3 years experience
Age limit - not more than 30 years old
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Added the advantage of knowing other languages, like Hindi, Kannada.
Good comprehension skills
Good patience when dealing with difficult customers.
Should possess Interpersonal skills.
