Job Summary:- We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, ensuring satisfactory resolutions. Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service. Suggest improvements based on customer feedback to enhance overall service quality.
