Customer Support Executive – Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving queries, addressing complaints, and offering product or service guidance. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Record and track customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services. Follow communication procedures and guidelines to uphold quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
