Job Description

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, emails, and chat. Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM system. Deliver product-related information clearly and patiently. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Provide feedback on recurring issues and help identify process improvements. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a voice-based customer support process. Prior knowledge in stock trading or financial services environment. Required Skills & Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (BPO/ITES/Fintech preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi. Ability to communicate in Telugu is an added advantage. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
