Role Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Understand customer needs and provide timely resolution or escalation

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools

  • Adhere to company and process guidelines, SLAs, and compliance standards

  • Strive for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Minimum 12th Pass

  • Experience:

    02 years in a voice-based customer support role (Freshers welcome)

  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi Speaking Must

    • Good listening skills and customer handling abilities

    • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills

Shift & Working Days:

  • General Day Shift (9 AM 6 PM)

  • 6 days working with Sunday Fixed off
