Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) Job Profile: Resolving customer queries via voice calls. Provide effective and efficient support to customers through clear and concise communication. Mandatory Criteria: Minimum qualification: (12th grade or equivalent). Prior experience in customer service is a plus (experience can apply). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with no major Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) for voice processes. Strong customer orientation with a positive and helpful attitude. Ability to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays. 9-hour workday (8 hours of work and 1 hour break). Additional Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability. Patience and empathy towards customers. Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure. Work Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata
