Processes: Airtel BB, Airtel Black, BB Platinum, BB Gold, MLOB, 121/DTH/Prepaid, ICICI Customer Support
Languages Required (varies by process):
English / Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada / Gujarati / Punjabi / Marathi / Bengali
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Work Days: 5 or 6 (depending on process)Week Offs: Rotational / Sunday fixed (ICICI)Shifts: Rotational (Female shift window 6 AM8 PM)Salary Range: 11,300 20,000 (CTC / Take-Home based on process)Additional Benefits:

Resolve customer queries (broadband, mobile, DTH, prepaid/postpaid)
