Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Chat & Email (Male Candidates Only) Job Description: Process: Chat and Email Support (Non-Voice) Industry: BPO Role Type: Full-time, Work From Office Gender Requirement: Male Candidates Only Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7 environment, including night shifts) Week Off: Rotational Week Off (5 days working as per business needs) Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries through chat and email channels in a professional, timely, and effective manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies. Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Maintain documentation of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary. Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets. Key Skills Required: Strong written communication skills in English. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (35+ WPM with accuracy). Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
