Go Magenta - US Telecom Blended Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Provide effective solutions related to telecom services (billing, plans, technical support, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    6 months of experience

    in a

    BPO industry

    (Domestic or International).
  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    (verbal & written).
  • Comfortable working in

    Night Shifts

    and

    rotational offs

    .
  • Ability to handle blended (voice + non-voice) process efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
