· Maintaining regular database of the company. · Lead generation and changing potential leads into customer/client. · Receiving and replying on calls and email to the customer. · Co-working with other departments if required. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS-office. · Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. · Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements. · Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. · Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
