Requirements:

🌟 Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

🌟 Problem-solving ability with patience & empathy

🌟 Prior customer service/moderation experience is a plus

🌟 Must be flexible with rotational shifts & night shifts (24x7 support for global users)

🌟 Basic Excel knowledge

🌟 Comfortable working on weekends/holidays if required
