Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues, answer queries, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
Provide product/service information and handle complaints with professionalism.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Meet personal/team customer service targets and KPIs.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Multilingual abilities (if required for the role).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
