As a selected candidate, your primary responsibility will be to respond to queries from customers who have applied for LEI certificates via calls and resolve their concerns. On average, you may handle around 100 calls per day. Additionally, you will be required to review the information and details provided by applicant customers to ensure they meet the necessary requirements. If any discrepancies are identified, you will promptly inform your seniors. Once the information is verified, you will assign the form to one of the seniors for further processing. Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. Ideal candidates should be graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in Global Capability Centre or Back-End Support Service Providers. A strong aptitude for learning, excellent command over English, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work effectively in a team are desirable qualities for this position.
