Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries.

Provide accurate information about products

Assist customers with required documentation.

Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure service completion and satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while handling customer concerns.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 01 year in customer service. Freshers can apply.

Hindi and English

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electronic home appliances and MS Office.

Other Skills:

Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Patience and empathy while dealing with customers

Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently
