Job Description

-Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective corporate hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning.
Forecast future hiring needs in collaboration with department heads and leadership.
Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
Leverage multiple channels including job boards, social media, agencies, and internal referrals.
Ensure all open roles are advertised publicly as per companys fair recruitment policy.
Monitor KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, etc.
Build and sustain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Ensure transparent communication, timely feedback, and a professional hiring process.
Maintain recruitment records in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership review

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's/Master's Degree
Total experience in Recruitment 10-12 years
Experience in Leadership Recruitment minimum last 5 years

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and ATS platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Data-driven approach with proficiency in recruitment analytics.
Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
