Customer Support Executive (Full Time, On Site)

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Work from Office, Full Time (Gurgaon)

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries related to shipments and ensure timely coordination with the logistics team for resolution. This is a full-time position based out of Gurugram. The candidate will have to ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and as a point of contact between our customers and internal team.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp chat regarding shipment status, delivery timelines, delays, or issues.
• Track and monitor customer shipments and provide real-time updates.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to shipments and follow up until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
• Provide proactive updates to customers in case of delays or unforeseen shipment issues.
• Work closely with third-party logistics providers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or logistics coordination.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems, CRM tools, or logistics software is a plus.
