Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage
outbound and inbound calls
efficiently and professionally.
Provide
accurate information
regarding products, services, and offerings.
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure
high satisfaction levels
.
Proactively
upsell products or services
when opportunities arise.
Build
trust and rapport
with customers through open and interactive communication.
Offer
appropriate solutions and alternatives
within set timelines and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
Maintain
accurate client interaction logs
and records in the CRM system.
Stay
updated on industry trends
and best practices.
Contribute to a
positive, supportive, and goal-oriented
team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree
in any discipline.
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric mindset
with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to
learn quickly
and adapt to new systems and challenges.
Basic computer proficiency
and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
Willingness to work
flexible hours
, including weekends.

Work Schedule

Working Days:
6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday working)
Weekly Off:
Tuesday or Wednesday
Shift Timings:

9:30 AM 6:30 PM
10:30 AM 7:30 PM
