Now Hiring: Customer Support Executive International Voice / Non-Voice / Semi-Voice Process

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support for international customers
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions promptly
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly support
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum qualification:
12th Pass / Diploma / UG Graduates in any stream (except BSc, BTech, BE, and Postgraduates without experience)

Note:
BSc, BTech, BE, and Postgraduate freshers are NOT eligible
Candidates from the above streams
must have at least 1 year of BPO or customer support experience
to apply

Experience:

Freshers welcome (if from eligible educational backgrounds)
Experienced candidates preferred for semi-voice and complex processes

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
