Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support for international customers
  
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions promptly
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly support
  
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• Minimum qualification:

  12th Pass / Diploma / UG Graduates in any stream (except BSc, BTech, BE, and Postgraduates without experience)

  Note:

• BSc, BTech, BE, and Postgraduate freshers are NOT eligible

• Candidates from the above streams

  must have at least 1 year of BPO or customer support experience

  to apply

Experience:

• Freshers welcome (if from eligible educational backgrounds)
  
• Experienced candidates preferred for semi-voice and complex processes

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
