Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction and Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding housing finance products, loan options, and application processes.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application process, ensuring they have all necessary documentation.
• Provide timely follow-ups to customers to keep them informed about the status of their applications.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues related to the loan process in a prompt and professional manner.

2. Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team by calls and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions and sales activities.
• Maintain a database of customers, prospects, and lead details.
• Coordinate the delivery of information and updates between the sales team and other departments.

3. Administrative Tasks:

• Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including agreements, proposals, and reports.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities and campaigns to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions.
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications and related documentation.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with the underwriting, operations, and legal teams to ensure the smooth processing of loans.
• Communicate customer feedback and requirements to the relevant departments for improved service delivery.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

• Assist in creating presentations and reports for senior management on sales progress and customer feedback.

6. Product Knowledge:

• Keep updated with the latest housing finance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Provide accurate product information to both customers and the sales team to support business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in housing finance or financial services.
• Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
