The Customer Support Executive will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, and offering effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources. Requirements: Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic technical proficiency and comfort with CRM tools, chat software, or ticketing systems. Ability to work in shifts and under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
