Job Description

KRA:

  • Handle domestic customer queries via calls, chats, and emails for our brands.
  • Ensure quick and accurate responses within defined timelines (TAT).
  • Resolve and close cases by coordinating with service partners and backend teams.
  • Log and update all customer interactions correctly in CRM/system.
  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to Team Lead promptly.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability
  • Typing proficiency and good command over email/chat etiquette
  • Patience and empathy while dealing with customers
  • Basic technical understanding of TV / electronic products (Thomson, Kodak, Blaupunkt)
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Team coordination and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
