Job Summary:

JPH IT Sol. is hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive for the UK shift. The role involves handling customer queries through various communication channels and providing effective solutions during UK business hours.

Shift Timing:

UK Shift – 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
(Monday to Friday – full-day working on 2 Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries via call, email, and chat.
• Resolve product/service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions.
• Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred:

• Experience working with UK clients or in international BPO/KPO.
• Understanding of UK customer expectations and communication style.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
