Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at our company, your main role will involve providing exceptional service and assistance to our valued customers during the night shift from 9 PM to 9 AM. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat with accuracy and professionalism. - Listening actively to customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently. - Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to address customer needs. - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to support customers effectively. - Updating customer records accurately in our CRM system. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Identifying recurring issues and suggesting proactive solutions for continuous improvement. - Upholding company policies and procedures with a customer-centric approach. To excel in this role, you should have: - Previous experience in customer support or a similar role. - Exceptional spoken and written English language skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet. - Empathy, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. - Availability to work the night shift, including weekends and holidays. - A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with discretion.
