Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with queries, requests, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshoot basic concerns related to products/services.
  • Log customer interactions, maintain call records, and update internal databases.
  • Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve process efficiency and customer experience.
  • No Targets

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handlemsituations and maintain call quality.
  • Basic computer skills: typing, CRM usage, data entry, email etiquette
  • Freshers Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
