Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, and social platforms.
  • Resolve product- and order-related concerns with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide accurate information about products, usage, and offers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback.
  • Upsell/cross-sell where relevant while keeping customer satisfaction as top priority.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer support (chat/email/call preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbally communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Passion for fitness/nutrition industry will be an added advantage.
