Job Description

As the First Point of Contact for assigned clients, your role will involve: - Addressing employee & HR queries and attending emergency cashless calls - Supporting clients with Wellness activities - Maintaining EB portal- Odin assure for assigned clients - Managing claims by attending related queries, collecting & scrutinizing reimbursement claim submissions documents, and supporting employees with information and processes for planned hospitalizations - Monitoring cash deposit statement and providing timely updates to clients for replenishment - Delivering customized MIS, maintaining an active database, and coordinating end-to-end service delivery to agreed standards - Working with other professionals to ensure relevant information sharing and required actions for client needs - Supporting the team in client retention and revenue improvement through new business and cross-sell opportunities We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - PGDBM / MBA - 5-7 years of relevant experience (preferably in a broking firm/TPA) - Good knowledge of MS Office- MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point - Ability to multitask with problem-solving skills - Self-driven, enthusiastic individual with a hunger for success - External focus and a passion for client servicing - Good communication and presentation skills Location: Bengaluru Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): - What is your Current CTC - What is your Expected CTC Experience: - Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred) Location: - Bangalore, Karnataka (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
