Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls related to orders, queries, and issues
  • Coordinate with partner pharmacies to ensure smooth order processing
  • Communicate with delivery partners (riders) to resolve delivery-related issues
  • Provide clear, polite, and professional support across all touchpoints
  • Ensure timely updates and issue resolution for customers, pharmacies, and riders

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working Night Shift
  • Sunday working is mandatory
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu – any preferred)
  • Candidates from Ahmedabad will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
