Time: 8.45 AM to 5.30 P.M

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Client calls handling.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex problems.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Ensure communication is clear, professional, and empathetic.
  • Handle renewals, cancellations, and account inquiries.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and active listening abilities.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Patience and conflict resolution techniques.
