Customer Support Executive

Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for issue resolution.
Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
Assist in preparing client reports and documentation.
Specific Role Details::
Entirely office-based work.
No field visits are required.
Proficiency in Marathi language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
