Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with their queries, complaints, order updates, and shipment-related issues.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with relevant details.
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during customer interactions.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and maintain quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
