As a part of the Customer Support Team at Inventre, your role will involve handling customer calls, addressing product and delivery-related queries, and ensuring a seamless support experience. You will need to respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages, maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, and proactively follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to assist with post-sales services and communicate customer feedback to enhance processes and service quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages concerning orders, deliveries, product information, and general questions. - Effectively address customer complaints related to delayed, incorrect, or damaged deliveries by providing timely solutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, resolutions, and delivery updates in the CRM system. - Identify and escalate unresolved or complex complaints to senior support teams for further action. - Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. - Assist with post-sales services like returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds by collaborating with internal teams. - Gather and communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to enhance processes and service quality. **Qualification Required:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or B2B product environments. **Additional Details about Inventre:** Inventre is a platform dedicated to revolutionizing the education ecosystem by providing value-added services such as bags, books, uniforms, stationary, shoes, and organizing sports competitions, fundraisers, alumni engagement events, and revenue generation opportunities for K12 Schools.
