Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall process efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to work on UK processes specifically for Inbound sales/customer support roles.
  
• 1-5 years of experience in an international voice process environment (BPO/Call center).
  
• Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to details.

• Role: Customer Service & Upselling (UK Telecom – Inbound Voice- sales process)

• Location: 756, Udyog Vihar Phase V Rd, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122022

• Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM – 1:30 AM
• Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational split offs)
• Date of Joining: Dec 25
• Facility: Home Drop available

• Salary Details:
• Experienced: 30% hike on last documented CTC (up to 5 LPA) + Incentives
• Freshers: 20,000 Take-Home + Incentives
