Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive (CSE) at App Alloys Pvt Ltd, your role involves onboarding clients, managing their data setup, providing product training, handling support queries, and assisting with feature rollouts for our B2B SaaS product. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up and configuring new customer accounts in the software. - Conducting training sessions online to help clients understand and use the platform effectively. - Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. - Gathering and documenting client feedback, requirements, and common issues. - Coordinating with internal teams to address client needs. - Keeping clients informed and engaged about product updates and new feature launches. - Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. To excel in this role, you should have: - 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or onboarding (preferably in SaaS). - Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Ability to handle multiple support channels - email, chat, and phone. - Comfort with Excel and formulas, Word or Google Sheets for data handling. - Strong attention to detail, patience, and a customer-first mindset. Educational Background: Graduation, BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with relevant experience and good communication skills are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications include experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B tech products, conducting client webinars or training programs, and familiarity with order management, sales, or inventory workflows.
